Mustafa El Shabazz Bey- President/Founder
Mustafa El Shabazz Bey is the Executive Director of We the People United for Change, Inc., and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents in Cherry Hill and the Greater South Baltimore, as well as the entire Province of Maryland. Under his leadership, the organization focuses on community development, neighborhood revitalization, youth engagement, and advocating for equitable access to resources and opportunities.
Mustafa El Shabazz Bey works directly with community members, local agencies, and public officials to address pressing issues such as housing insecurity, gentrification, blight, public safety, youth services, and workforce development. He is committed to advancing grassroots solutions, empowering residents, and ensuring that the voices of underserved communities are included in decision-making processes that impact their lives.
As Executive Director, he continues to lead initiatives that support neighborhood transformation, economic opportunity, and long-term community sustainability.
Matteo Giunta Fausty-Financial Advisor
Matteo Giunta Fausty is a financial literacy educator, economic empowerment strategist, and Founder of Capeesh Co, a Baltimore-based marketing and business development firm. He leads the Smart Money Financial Literacy & Economic Empowerment Workshop Series, delivering practical, results-driven education in budgeting, credit, savings, debt management, and investing.
His hands-on approach combines real-world financial tools with behavioral strategies, helping participants turn knowledge into action and build sustainable financial futures. As an entrepreneur and community advocate, Matteo is dedicated to expanding economic opportunity, closing wealth gaps, and empowering individuals and families through accessible financial education and mentorship.
