Mustafa El Shabazz Bey- President/Founder
Mustafa El Shabazz Bey is the Executive Director of We the People United for Change, Inc., and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents in Cherry Hill and the Greater South Baltimore, as well as the entire Province of Maryland. Under his leadership, the organization focuses on community development, neighborhood revitalization, youth engagement, and advocating for equitable access to resources and opportunities.
Mustafa El Shabazz Bey works directly with community members, local agencies, and public officials to address pressing issues such as housing insecurity, gentrification, blight, public safety, youth services, and workforce development. He is committed to advancing grassroots solutions, empowering residents, and ensuring that the voices of underserved communities are included in decision-making processes that impact their lives.
As Executive Director, he continues to lead initiatives that support neighborhood transformation, economic opportunity, and long-term community sustainability.
Jenna Crocker- Events Coordinator
Jenna is the passionate and hardworking Events Coordinator for We The People United For Change Inc. With a deep commitment to serving others, Jenna thrives in her role, bringing energy and creativity to every project. She has spent the last two years living in Cherry Hill, MD, after previously calling Baltimore home for six years, giving her a strong connection to the community. A true self-starter, Jenna is always looking for ways to make a positive impact. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, Baltimore Nighthawks Football, exploring art, connecting with animals and nature, and experimenting in the kitchen with her love for cooking. Jenna’s dedication and vibrant personality make her an integral part of our team and a joy to work with.
